Processing period. We will process Your personal data until:
(i) We achieve the pertinent legally well-founded interests of Ours as data controller, connected with the processing of specific data;
(ii) the expiry of statutes of limitation relating to the agreement to which personal data processing pertains, or is connected with statute-barred obligations under law; or
(iii) You object to Us processing your data for marketing purposes. We will send you the newsletter and other similar information until You object in this respect.
No profiling. Your personal data is not subject to profiling as one of forms of automatic processing of personal data.
