This Privacy Policy explains how Your personal data is processed, and discusses Your fundamental rights related to how We process Your personal data.

Personal Data Controller. The personal data controller is English Language Solutions Simon Porter, located at ul. Wygodna 28a, 05-850 Kaputy, Poland. We process Your personal data in accordance with the rules set out in the personal data protection regulations, including: Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (“RODO”) and Polish regulations issued on the basis of RODO, including the Act of 10 May 2018 on Personal Data Protection. We keep Your personal data confidential and secure it against unauthorized access by third parties in accordance with the rules set out in the legal acts mentioned above. Scope and purposes of personal data processing. (i) We achieve the pertinent legally well-founded interests of Ours as data controller, connected with the processing of specific data;
(ii) the expiry of statutes of limitation relating to the agreement to which personal data processing pertains, or is connected with statute-barred obligations under law; or
(iii) You object to Us processing your data for marketing purposes. We will send you the newsletter and other similar information until You object in this respect.

No profiling. Your personal data is not subject to profiling as one of forms of automatic processing of personal data.

Change of the Privacy Policy. Any and all changes introduced by us to the Privacy Policy in the future will be published on the Website, will affect the future only, and will enter into force following the acceptance of the modified Privacy Policy, about which you will be notified by a pop-up window.
