Redrafting shall and therefor

Hello Everyone,

In this week’s exercise, I’d like you to redraft a text which has got a number of legal English errors.

This is the text for you to redraft:

TERMINATION The Supplier shall be entitled to terminate this Agreement by notice in writing to the Customer:

  • if the Customer shall fail to pay any charge within 30 days of any invoice therefor.
  • if the Customer shall commit any material breach of this Agreement.
